Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Location

Dallas, TX

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced adult Emergency Room setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
Document patient information accurately using the Meditech electronic health records system
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Respond to call requirements as needed per unit policy
Float to other units as needed per facility floating policy

Required Qualifications

Active RN License required – temporary licenses will not be accepted
Minimum 2 years of overall RN experience
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room specialty experience
NIH Stroke Scale certification required
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience with Meditech documentation system strongly preferred
Familiarity with high-volume adult emergency department environments
