Travel MRI Technologist

Location

Anchorage, Alaska

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Monday – Thursday, 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM | Nights

Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of MRI examinations including MSK, neuro, orthopedic, prostate, breast, MRCP, defecography, and procedures involving anesthesia and pacemakers
Operate GE Signa Artist 1.5T MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic imaging
Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio with a strong focus on patient-centered care and safety
Document and manage imaging workflows using Epic EMR and McKesson PACS
Work independently during night shift coverage, demonstrating self-motivation and attention to detail

Required Qualifications

ARRT certification required
MR (Magnetic Resonance) registration required
BLS certification required
Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience
Proficiency with Epic EMR and PACS systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

3 or more years of MRI experience
Experience with advanced MRI procedures including defecography, pacemaker-compatible scans, and anesthesia cases
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality imaging with strong attention to detail
