Job Title

Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to a caseload of approximately 8–10 patients per day
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
Active Physical Therapist license issued by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions
Current CPR/AED certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in orthopedic physical therapy
