- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans

Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Hampshire
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification
- Ability to comply with facility badging and identification requirements
- Minimum 36-hour weekly availability guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
