Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and ongoing rehabilitation strategies

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Wyoming or ability to obtain prior to start
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to work day shift in a rehabilitation and care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care rehabilitation environment
Experience with geriatric patient populations
