Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to identify and respond to changes in patient condition
Supervise and delegate appropriate care to supporting clinical staff
Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered at the unit level
Support nursing leadership in maintaining clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Experience in Telemetry or Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing
Ability to assess and manage patients requiring cardiac monitoring
Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate to clinical staff

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a telemetry or step-down unit setting
Familiarity with quality and safety standards in an acute care environment
