Job Title

Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location

Nantucket, MA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | Four 10-hour shifts, starting between 8:00–8:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient care

Required Qualifications

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a high-volume outpatient clinic
Strong documentation and communication skills
