Job Title
Registered Nurse – ICU
Location
Atlanta, GA
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients requiring advanced nursing interventions
- Perform and oversee Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) as indicated
- Conduct and document NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) assessments as required
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of ICU experience as a Registered Nurse
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Demonstrated CRRT experience
- NIHSS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-acuity or Level I/II trauma ICU environment
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in fast-paced settings
