Registered Nurse – Operating Room
Location

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM) | 4 x 10-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within an orthopedic-focused operating room environment
- Support orthopedic, joint, and neurosurgical procedures throughout the surgical continuum
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes during procedures
- Perform scrub and/or circulating duties as required by the OR team
- Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation and adhere to sterile technique standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Demonstrated experience in an operating room setting
- Strong orthopedic surgical nursing skills, including joint procedures
- Experience supporting neurosurgical cases
- Ability to work 10-hour day shifts on a 4-day-per-week schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CNOR certification or equivalent perioperative nursing credential
- Experience with a high-volume orthopedic and neuro OR caseload
- Familiarity with orthopedic instrumentation and implant systems
