Job Title

Registered Nurse – ICU

Location

Atlanta, GA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting with a focus on neurological patients
Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 18 months of ICU experience
Strong neurological nursing skills required (Neuro ICU focus)
Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a dedicated Neuro ICU environment
Familiarity with neurological monitoring equipment and assessment tools
