Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week guaranteed | Open to 4x10 schedule; must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment to a caseload of 55–63 patients per week
Deliver care during clinic hours spanning 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using Raintree EMR
Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Complete required HealthStream modules as part of pre-placement requirements

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts (or eligibility)
Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
New graduates are not eligible for this position
Proficiency with or ability to learn Raintree EMR
Availability to work up to 2 evenings per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a high-volume outpatient physical therapy setting
Familiarity with HealthStream compliance modules
