Key Responsibilities

Conduct approximately 5 patient visits per 8-hour shift in a hospital setting
Manage an average caseload of 5 cases per day
Document patient care and progress using the Netsmart (formerly Allscripts) charting system
Deliver physical therapy services Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Active Oregon (OR) Physical Therapist license required at time of submission
Ability to manage a consistent daily caseload efficiently
Strong ability to learn quickly and get up to speed in a new environment
Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience with Netsmart or Allscripts charting systems
Previous hospital-based physical therapy experience
