Contract | Days, 5x8 Hours (7:00–15:30) | Onsite | Every third weekend required | Holidays required as scheduled | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
• Provide therapeutic interventions with a focus on patients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
• Participate in scheduled weekend rotations (every third weekend) and holidays as they fall on the schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license valid in the state of Maryland
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with a strong skillset; 3 years preferred
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• First-time travelers will be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with TBI and CVA patient populations
• Background in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with travel contract compliance and scheduling expectations
