Contract, Days, Full-Time (35 hours guaranteed per week)

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or injuries
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Jersey
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract assignment
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
Experience working across diverse patient populations and care settings
