Job Title

RN - ICU / CCU (Registered Nurse)

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
Support nursing leadership to ensure high quality and safe patient care delivery
Monitor and manage appropriate clinical resources related to patient care
Contribute to the competency development and oversight of clinical staff at the unit level

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Experience in an ICU or CCU clinical setting
Demonstrated ability to assess and manage critically ill patients
Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
Ability to delegate and supervise patient care staff effectively

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience supporting nursing leadership or charge nurse responsibilities
Familiarity with resource management practices in a critical care environment
