Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Location

DeWitt, IA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Evenings, overnight hours, and weekends based on unit needs

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
Triage incoming patients and prioritize care based on acuity
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact licensure
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Prior Emergency Department nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

TNCC or ENPC certification
Experience in a critical access or rural hospital emergency setting
