Job Title

RN - Med/Surg (Telemetry)

Centerville, IA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Weekend Nights Only (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit during overnight weekend shifts
Monitor and interpret telemetry data and respond to changes in patient condition
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact licensure eligibility
Current BLS certification
Experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing setting
Ability to work overnight shifts every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Preferred Experience / Skills

ACLS certification
Prior experience with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Experience in a contract or travel nursing capacity
