Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) - Registered Nurse - Travel

Location

Daytona Beach, FL

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 36 hours per week | 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
Assist with cardiovascular surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
Collaborate with the surgical team including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
Fulfill on-call requirements, including one weekend of call per month and one to two days of call during the week
Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 1 year of CVOR experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Ability to meet on-call obligations as outlined by the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience in a CVOR or surgical specialty setting
Familiarity with cardiovascular surgical instrumentation and procedures
