Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel Contract

Location

Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Monday–Friday, Business Hours (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with some flexibility)

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients within an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) setting
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery and independence
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with each patient's rehabilitation goals
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Iowa
Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
Proficiency or ability to work within Epic EMR
Ability to adhere to business casual dress code requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehab unit setting
Familiarity with ARU workflows and rehabilitation-focused patient populations
