Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical

Location

Texarkana, TX

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit during night shift hours
Manage a patient ratio in alignment with unit staffing guidelines alongside RN team members
Follow proper PPE protocols when caring for potential isolation patients
Adhere to facility attendance and call-out procedures, including required advance notification prior to shift start
Complete facility orientation and badging process prior to first clinical shift

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing setting
Ability to complete facility clearance and floor orientation prior to first shift
Ability to obtain EMR access and facility badge before beginning assignment
Willingness to wear required facility scrub color (royal blue)

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a rehabilitation hospital or similar inpatient setting
Familiarity with isolation precautions and PPE protocols
