Job Title

RN - NICU (Registered Nurse, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)

Location

Ann Arbor, MI

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every other weekend and holiday requirement | No self-scheduling

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns throughout assigned shifts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Accurately document patient information and care activities using electronic health record systems
Adhere to unit scheduling requirements including every other weekend and designated holidays

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Experience working in a NICU or neonatal care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
Experience using OBix, Voalte, and/or Hugs systems
