Registered Nurse – IMC / PCU / Stepdown (CV)

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 36 or 48 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown / IMC / PCU setting, including Medical-Surgical overflow patients
- Deliver cardiovascular-focused nursing care in a high-acuity, short-term acute care environment
- Operate within team nursing ratios (1:12) to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as needed
- Float to like units or nearby campuses as operationally required
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines (no pending licenses accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in IMC, PCU, Stepdown, or a related specialty
- At least 1 prior completed travel nursing assignment required
- Level I Trauma experience required
- Large hospital experience required
- All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; RTO will not be accommodated after an offer is made
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 3 or more years of relevant clinical experience
- EPIC electronic health record experience
- Cardiovascular nursing background
