Contract | Days | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients to assess functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Washington
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current NBCOT certification
Ability to work day shift hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare facility setting
Experience working in a rural or critical access healthcare environment
