Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) Travel

Contract | Travel | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 36–40 Hours per Week | Start Time: 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a 52-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting, managing 4–5 patients per day
• Deliver up to 6 hours of daily treatment time focused on individualized rehabilitation goals
• Treat patients recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI), orthopedic trauma, stroke, neurological conditions, and amputation
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Cerner EHR
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to maximize patient health, function, and quality of life

Required Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute rehabilitation or acute care settings
• Proficiency with Cerner or comparable EHR system
• Ability to work a day shift schedule with potential weekend rotation every 2–3 weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating TBI, SCI, and orthopedic trauma patient populations
• Familiarity with intensive inpatient rehabilitation program structures and IRF standards
