Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
Support nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered
Monitor and manage appropriate resource utilization related to patient care at the unit level
Ensure competency of clinical staff through ongoing oversight and accountability

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina or compact licensure eligibility
Experience in Telemetry or Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing
Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care in a telemetry setting
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity
Familiarity with telemetry monitoring equipment and cardiac rhythm interpretation
