Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday & Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM; Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | No Major Holidays | No Weekends | No On-Call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Perform patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward goals•
• Apply safe and effective patient handling skills and transfer techniques throughout all aspects of care
• Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient outcomes
• Manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining accurate and timely documentation

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) License
• BLS certification for healthcare providers through AHA or American Red Cross
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience in an outpatient setting
• Excellent patient handling skills and transfer techniques
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Self-directed, flexible, and able to function effectively as a team player

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of physical therapy experience in an outpatient setting
• Prior experience in a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation environment
