Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient therapy setting
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Provide skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
Track patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and the clinical team

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to a patient-focused approach and promoting functional recovery

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior outpatient therapy experience
Experience treating orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, balance, mobility, or general rehabilitation cases
