Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and compliance requirements including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification

Required Qualifications

Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Massachusetts
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment with a 35-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
Strong documentation and communication skills
