Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (negotiable) | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients across a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence and quality of life
• Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately and in a timely manner
• Float to additional outpatient locations within a 40-mile radius as pre-scheduled and operationally needed
• Adapt to changing census levels, including availability for on-call assignments with a minimum 2-hour call-back requirement
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, including infection control and dress code standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Wisconsin State Occupational Therapy License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Clinical experience working with adult and geriatric populations across orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
• Ability and willingness to float to outpatient locations within a 40-mile radius
• Strong adaptability, resilience, and ability to manage change in a dynamic clinical environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
