Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate total nursing care for an adult and geriatric patient population in a medical surgical setting
Participate in patient and family teaching to support informed care and positive outcomes
Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing staff and interdisciplinary patient care team members to maintain professional nursing standards
Float to additional units as needed, including custodial patient assignments with higher patient ratios and lower acuity
Document and manage patient care using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

Active New Hampshire RN license or qualifying Compact license
Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
Active American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification
Proficiency with Epic EMR
Must have personal reliable transportation

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a regional referral or mid-sized hospital environment
Comfort with floating assignments and adapting to varying patient acuity levels
