Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday (No Weekends, No On-Call)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct outpatient physical therapy services to patients across a variety of diagnoses and functional needs
- Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward therapeutic goals
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and applicable state regulations
Required Qualifications
- Active South Carolina PT license or Multistate Compact PT license in hand at time of start
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
- Ability to work a set Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no weekend or on-call obligations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting
- Neurological (neuro) rehabilitation experience
- Familiarity with Epic charting system
