Job Title

Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (Night Shift)

Location

Dulles, Virginia

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to laboring patients through vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and inductions
Perform OB triage assessments and manage patients across varying stages of labor
Operate and interpret fetal monitoring systems, including continuous electronic fetal monitoring
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OB Hospitalists, Neonatology providers, Lactation Consultants, and OB scrub techs
Float to Postpartum unit to provide coverage as needed
Participate in one to two on-call shifts per month as preferred by the unit

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current ACLS (ALS) certification
Current BLS certification
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
Fetal monitoring certification; C-EFM required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Demonstrated flexibility in a fast-paced, growing Labor & Delivery environment
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Experience with Meditech and/or CPN electronic medical record systems
