Physical Therapist

Belfast, ME

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week guaranteed | Open to 4x10 schedule; must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to a general patient population
Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Raintree EMR
Collaborate with a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants within the clinic
Complete required HealthStream modules as part of pre-placement requirements

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maine or ability to obtain prior to start
Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
New graduates are not eligible for this position
Ability to work evenings up to 7:30 PM at least 2 days per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with Raintree EMR
Strong productivity and time management skills in a high-volume outpatient setting
