Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown / IMC / PCU (Travel)
Location
Knoxville, Tennessee

Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown / IMC / PCU unit during overnight shifts
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in status
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Cerner electronic health record system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain a patient ratio of 5:1 in accordance with unit standards
- Complete all required Advanced Learning Center modules prior to or upon assignment start
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Tennessee
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system
- Minimum 1 year of Stepdown / IMC / PCU nursing experience
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Familiarity with Advanced Learning Center module requirements in a hospital setting
