Job Title

Physical Therapist (PT)

Aberdeen, SD

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy care at the primary clinic location as well as outreach sites
Evaluate and treat an outpatient orthopedic patient population, seeing approximately 8 patients per day
Document all patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
Collaborate with support staff and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Adhere to facility policies including badging in and out and dress code requirements

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) state license
Current BLS certification
Experience in outpatient orthopedics
Proficiency with or ability to learn EPIC electronic charting system

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
Familiarity with outreach or multi-site clinic environments
