Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (negotiable) | Onsite | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients across a range of orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to support recovery and functional independence
• Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately and in a timely manner
• Float to other outpatient therapy locations within a 40-mile radius as pre-scheduled and needed
• Adhere to facility dress code and all applicable health and safety policies, including infection control requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin State Occupational Therapy License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience working with adult and geriatric populations with orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
• Ability to adapt to change, manage low census situations, and be placed on call as needed (call-back minimum of 2 hours)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage change effectively in a clinical environment
