Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry (Nights)

Location

Knoxville, Tennessee

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide total patient care for Medical Surgical and Telemetry patients on a 31-bed unit
Manage a patient ratio of 1:6 to 1:7 during night shift hours
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Cerner EMR
Float to other Medical Surgical floors as required
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification (all ACLS modules must be completed)
Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
Proficiency with total patient care delivery model
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience with Cerner EMR
Experience in a Telemetry or combined Med Surg/Tele environment
Comfort with floating to additional Medical Surgical units as needed
