Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinical setting
Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of patient care

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland (permanent license required)
Prior experience in a physical therapy clinical setting
Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
Compliance with all onboarding and documentation requirements before beginning assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
Familiarity with high-volume clinical settings and productivity expectations
