Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) Travel

Location

Greenwood, Indiana

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to adult inpatient rehabilitation patients with diagnoses including brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, amputation, cardiac conditions, and orthopedic injuries
Manage a daily caseload of approximately 6–7 patients within a 44-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on maximizing patient function and facilitating discharge to home
Document patient progress and treatment using the UDS electronic health record system
Participate in a fast-paced environment with short patient lengths of stay, emphasizing goal-oriented, patient-centered care
Float to sister rehabilitation facilities as needed

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Indiana
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
Previous inpatient rehabilitation (IRF) experience highly preferred and strongly encouraged

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience treating adult IRF patient populations including stroke, neurological conditions, trauma, and orthopedic injuries
Comfort working in a high-acuity, fast-paced rehabilitation environment with short lengths of stay
Experience with UDS or similar electronic health record platforms
