Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday – Friday | Open to 4x10 schedule; must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment to a diverse patient population
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
- Document patient progress and treatment plans using Raintree EMR
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
- Maintain compliance with clinic protocols and professional standards of practice
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
- New graduates are not eligible for this position
- Availability to work up to 2 evenings per week (until 7:00 PM)
- Proficiency or ability to learn Raintree EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal setting
- Familiarity with high-volume clinic environments and productivity expectations
