Job Title

Occupational Therapist – Acute Inpatient (Travel Contract)

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services within a hospital-based acute inpatient care unit
Deliver patient-centered care across assigned caseload during day shift hours
Document patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans using Epic electronic health records
Participate in weekend coverage rotation as required by facility needs
Respond to holiday coverage needs as determined by the facility

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care setting
Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist License or Multistate Compact License required at start of contract
Current BLS certification required
NBCOT certification required
First-time travelers are not accepted for this position
Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with Epic electronic health records charting system
Prior travel therapy experience in an acute inpatient hospital setting
