Job Title

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Schedule / Job Type

Temp-to-Hire | Days | 8-Hour Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services within a skilled nursing facility and outpatient therapy clinic setting
Support patients across a critical access hospital environment
Perform Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) procedures as needed
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team

Required Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of Texas
Demonstrated competency in FEES (Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing)
Experience working in a skilled nursing or similar clinical setting
Ability to work 8-hour day shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in an outpatient therapy clinic environment
Familiarity with critical access hospital (CAH) settings
