Sterile Processing Supervisor

Contract | Rotating Shift (Day Shift with Variable Start Times)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee daily sterile processing operations within a surgical services environment
- Ensure proper decontamination, sterilization, and reprocessing of surgical instruments and endoscopes
- Lead and manage sterile processing staff to maintain compliance with regulatory and facility standards
- Monitor and enforce quality control processes throughout all phases of instrument reprocessing
- Coordinate workflow and scheduling to support surgical services operational needs
Required Qualifications
- Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) required
- Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL) required
- Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) required
- Demonstrated experience in sterile processing within a surgical services setting
- Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control standards, and regulatory compliance
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a sterile processing department
- Familiarity with endoscope reprocessing best practices and guidelines
