Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment throughout the shift
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the treating physician
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
- Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Arizona
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing environment
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a consistent weekly schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract nursing experience
- Familiarity with rehabilitation or acute care hospital environments
