Job Title

Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Location

Pasadena, Texas

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine procedures including HIDA scans, gastric emptying studies, and stress tests in a 2-room nuclear medicine unit
Operate GE Infinia and GE Discovery imaging equipment
Work independently as a solo-run unit during day shift hours
Document and manage patient information using Meditech Magic/Expanse, Merge Cardio, Cardinal Health, Xcelaris, and PACS systems
Adhere to JCAHO standards and facility protocols as outlined in unit guidelines
Participate in on-call rotation as assigned

Required Qualifications

Active NMTCB or ARRT (NM) certification required
Texas Medical Board (TMB) licensure required
Minimum 1 year of nuclear medicine technologist experience
Demonstrated understanding of JCAHO standards and regulations
Ability to work independently in a solo-run unit environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

IV skills
Direct patient care experience
Self-starter with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
