Contract | Days | Every Other Weekend | No Holiday Requirement

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Triage and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact license eligibility
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Prior Emergency Department nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

TNCC or ENPC certification
Experience with emergency triage systems and protocols
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems
