Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | 20–26 week commitment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in accordance with evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
- Ability to commit to a 20–26 week assignment schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Strong documentation skills with familiarity in electronic medical record systems
