Registered Nurse – Outpatient Urology Clinic

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days (5x8 Hours, 8:00–17:00) | Onsite | No weekends, no on-call

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient urology clinic setting
  • Manage a patient ratio of 1 nurse to 6–8 patients in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform catheter care and related urology-specific clinical procedures
  • Maintain efficient patient throughput consistent with outpatient ambulatory workflows
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safe and timely patient care delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Active Washington State RN license or valid Compact RN license
  • Urology clinical background required
  • Recent hands-on experience with catheter insertion and management
  • Prior outpatient clinic experience required
  • Experience in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Travel nursing experience required (seasoned traveler)

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Background in Emergency Room, pre/post-operative care, day surgery, or ambulatory settings
  • Home health nursing experience
