Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend & Every Other Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Level II Trauma Emergency Room setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across all acuity levels
• Accurately interpret and respond to 12-lead EKG and dysrhythmia findings
• Document all patient care activities using Epic electronic health records system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Adapt effectively to a dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism and resilience

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license or valid Compact State RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• Demonstrated proficiency with Epic EMR within the last year
• Must successfully pass a 12-lead EKG and Dysrhythmia exam prior to placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level II Trauma center environment
• Pediatric emergency nursing experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, social work environment
