Physical Therapist

Location

Castro Valley, California

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Manage a caseload of approximately 14–16 patients per day
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience managing high patient volume in an outpatient environment
Strong documentation and time management skills
