Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 14–16 patients per day
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience managing high patient volume in an outpatient environment
  • Strong documentation and time management skills
